Booking and cancellation rules

50% deposit when booking appointments,
If appointment is missed 100% of appointment value will be charged
100% If booking appointment is within 24 hrs of booking,
Gift vouchers codes must be produced when booking appointment, if appointments are missed 100% of gift voucher will be taken as used.
